So H.264 will play on Windows Media and Flash players? As H.264 files or as .WMV and .FLV files?

It will play on Flash and QuickTime players as H.264 or MOV. Within the context of the most recent news announcement (Flash does H.264), the Flash Player can play either format. The FLV format will probably cease with VP6.
